Mrs. MAXINE ALICE CHRISTOPHER SCHWARTZ

FORT WORTH -- Maxine A. Schwartz passed away peacefully Monday afternoon, Oct. 3, 2016 after a brief illness. Mrs. Schwartz was 92. Service: 10 a.m. Thursday in Ahavath Sholom Cemetery, 411 N. University Drive, with Rabbi Andrew Bloom and Cantor Shoshana Abrams Kaikov officiating. Mrmorials: In lieu of flowers, consideration of contributions to Congregation Ahavath Sholom, in her memory, is suggested. Born July 30, 1924 in Sweetwater, Maxine was the daughter of Harlan "Sam" and Alice Christopher and lived most of her life in Fort Worth and Houston. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Sam Schwartz, who died in 1995. Survivors: In addition to her son, Danny Moon, Maxine is survived by her grandson, Kevin; sister, Peggy Keim; and many nieces and nephews and their families.
