FORT WORTH – Marc Alan Taurog passed away Sunday evening, April 15, 2018. Marc was 40. SERVICE: 10:30 a.m. Friday at Beth-El Congregation, 4900 Briarhaven Road, with Rabbi Brian Zimmerman officiating. Following committal prayers, he will be laid to rest in the Beth-El Section of Greenwood Memorial Park. Family and friends will gather at Beth-El following the committal service in the cemetery. MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, consideration of contributions to your charity of choice, in his memory, is suggested. Born June 29, 1977 in Springs, South Africa, Marc was the son of Barry and Lynn Lawrence Taurog. After moving to Fort Worth in 1980, he graduated from Southwest High School before briefly attending the University of Texas at Austin. Marc was a fun loving, carefree guy who loved travel and music. He was involved in IT sales prior to suffering an accident eight months ago. He was preceded in death by his parents and uncle, Ronnie Taurog. SURVIVORS: In addition to his sisters and their husbands, Lisa and Jeffrey Kuperman of Aledo, and Caryn and Jeff Borden of Dallas, Marc was uncle to Liam and Max Kuperman and Ayva and Vaughn Borden. He is also survived by his uncles and aunts, Alan and June Taurog, Barbara Taurog and Leonard and Liana Lawrence and their families.
