Mrs. GEORGINA LELA ROACH LEE

FORT WORTH -- Georgina Lela Roach Lee died peacefully at her home early Monday morning, March 10, 2014. Mrs. Lee was 69 years old. Memorial service: 11 a.m. Thursday at Advent Lutheran Church, Arlington. A committal service will follow at 12:30 p.m. in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, consideration of contributions to Advent Lutheran Church, 3232 S. Cooper St., Arlington, Texas 76015, in her memory, is suggested. Born Oct. 29, 1944, in Fairbanks, Alaska, Georgina was the daughter of George and Gladys Roach. She was raised in Austin where she attended the University of Texas. While a flight attendant for American Airlines, she met and married the man of her dreams, Ron Lee. Georgina was a member of the Advent Lutheran Church, The Woman's Club of Fort Worth, Roundelay Dance Club and First Grandmothers Club. Survivors: In addition to her husband of 40 years, Ron, Georgina is survived by her daughter, Courtney Lee Ingersoll and her husband, Brian; and granddaughters, Paige Elizabeth and Megan Marie Ingersoll.
