FORT WORTH -- Concepcion Perez Celestino completed her life early Tuesday morning, December 18, 2018. SERVICE: Family and friends will gather from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Robertson Mueller Harper where a recitation of the Holy Rosary will begin at 6 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul Catholic Church, 5508 Black Oak Lane, River Oaks, with entombment to follow in the Mausoleum at Greenwood Memorial Park. “Conchita,” as she was known as she was well known, was married to her soul-mate, Jose A. Celestino for 51 years; together they created their legacy in both marriage and family. She diligently and selfishly gave as a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. There is no greater blessing from God than to be chosen worthy of investing in family and friends. Conchita lived graciously everyday of her life placing others first, and humbly grateful for those she was able to share love and friendship with, all while keeping God first. She was preceded in death by her parents Hilario and Concepcion Perez; four brothers and two sisters; and a grandchild, Ryan Gabriel Celestino. SURVIVORS: In addition to her husband Jose, Conchita is survived by their children, Jose Jr. and his wife, Esther, Luis and his wife, Dianna, Veronica and her husband, Juan Ibarra, and Edgar and his wife, Ileanna; 13 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous godchildren she and Jose committed their lives to. While Conchita will be sorely missed by her family and friends, it is with profound gratitude we rely on the belief that she rests in peace, harmony and beauty in God’s kingdom she now claims as home.
