Mrs. CARRIE LEE DICKERSON GERMANY

Fort Worth, Texas – Born and raised in Fort Worth, Carrie was the daughter of Charles and Dorothy Hoyle Dickerson. As a young girl, she had a pet horse named “Star” that she enjoyed riding. She attended Carter Riverside High School where she participated in gymnastics. One of her jobs after high school was with Gordon’s Jewelers where she grew fond of jewelry, especially diamond rings! In March of 1981 Carrie met Doug Germany; they married in June of 1982. Carrie and Doug started a family with the birth of their daughter, Ashley. Carrie was very involved with her daughter’s education, growing up with multiple years of home schooling. Ashley went on to start her family with the birth of her daughter, Brylee, in 2006. Carrie loved being a grandmother, mother and wife. After her granddaughter was born and started school, Carrie was always very involved in PTA, serving on its boards at Brylee’s school for 7 years.
