Fort Worth -- Carl F. Beaver passed away peacefully Saturday morning, August 28. Mr. Beaver was 82. A service will be held at 11 am Friday at Grandview Cemetery, Grandview. Family and friends will be received from 5 to 7 pm Thursday at Robertson Mueller Harper. Born in Grandview, Carl lived most of his life in North Richland Hills and Keller. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army, studied at Texas Wesleyan University, then went on to a long career at General Dynamics and Lockheed Martin as a technical writer for the F-16 and other aircraft. He retired after 42 years with the company. In his spare time, Carl enjoyed farming, fishing, wood working, family gatherings and old westerns. He was preceded in death by his parents and several siblings. In addition to his children, Marla Lindquist of Lake Worth adn Greg Beaver and his wife, Angela of Hurst, Carl is survived by his grandchildren, Austin, Jacob, Ethan and Austin; his sister, Nancy Barton and her husband, Don; and several nieces and nephews and their families.
