Sitting at the beach house on the porch in her rocking chair, she delighted watching the ocean, the birds and ships as they sailed by. Playing games on the computer, reading and listening to music were also enjoyed.        Survivors: In addition to her children, Cheryl Weltman, Larry Weltman and his wife, Linda, and Cindy Weltman Smith and her husband, Harold, Bettye is survived by her grandchildren, Brian Weltman, Tracy and Tom Jordan, Angela and Will Weeks and Joshua and Jennifer Smith; great-grandchildren, Jolie, Zachary, Devin, Sarah and Andrew; sisters, Naoma Smith and Sara Smith Pfeffer; nieces and nephews and their families; and trusty dogs, Chester and Mickey.
