Mr. ANTONIO PEREZ SOLIS

FORT WORTH – Antonio Perez Solis passed away peacefully Sunday afternoon, July 16, 2017. He was 98. Service: A service at the grave will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Laurel Land Memorial Park. Born March 11, 1919 in Brownsville, he was the youngest child of Incarnacion and Lupe Perez Solis. He married Margie Adelle Griffith in November 1982. Mrs. Solis died in 1998. Tony, as he was known to family and friends, was a talented landscaper who loved the outdoors. He also enjoyed cooking, having served as a cook during his military service in the U. S. Army. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Margie; and brothers, Renulfo, Encarnacon, Santiago, Francisco and Sergio; and sister, Georgia Montez. Survivors: In addition to his daughters, Barbara McMahon of Chicago, Ill. and Dianne Guerry of Arlington, Tony is survived by his nieces and nephews and their families.
