FORT WORTH -- Anne Mackenzie Boyd, 85, a loving mother, passed away peacefully Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2013. Graveside service: 1:30 p.m. Monday, Greenwood Memorial Park. Rev. Dr. Frederick Field "Fritz" Ritsch III, St. Stephen's Presbyterian Church, will officiate. Memorials: Should friends desire, memorials are suggested to the Presbyterian Night Shelter. Anne, the daughter of Charles Hoyt and Catherine Harmon Mackenzie, was born Sept. 26, 1928, in San Antonio. She was a graduate of Indiana University where she met her future husband, Craig Boyd. She was a member of St. Stephen Presbyterian Church, the Tarrant County Medical Auxiliary, an avid supporter of the Fort Worth Symphony and a volunteer at the Presbyterian Night Shelter. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Dr. Scott Hamilton Boyd; and husband, Dr. Craig Boyd. Survivors: She is survived by her sons, Michael Craig Boyd and wife, Bernadette Michelle, and Carey Mackenzie Boyd.
